Dan has been a professional in the construction sector since his early 20’s where he specialized in commercial builds including malls, office buildings, and Wallgreens contracts throughout the state of Florida and even overseas for many years in Gibraltar Spain. Around the mid 90’s Dan moved from Florida to tackle residential development in Lake of the Ozarks Missouri. From waterfront homes and affordable residential neighborhoods to large condo projects.
